In factory tests, this barbell rack can support a maximum of 1100 lbs on the top (J-hooks) and 2645 lbs on the bumpers. To ensure safety and product life, the suggested safe load is 600 lbs on the top (J-hooks) and 1800 lbs on the bumpers, which is more than enough for most users.
